How trials, seats, and subscriptions work.

How billing works

Every workspace starts with a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
Plans are priced per agent, per month, with no minimum. You pay for the seats you license, up to your plan's maximum.
Annual billing is charged once a year and costs less per agent than paying monthly.
The AI assistant is included in Pro and Enterprise, with a monthly allowance of AI actions for every agent. See AI assistant.

Manage your subscription

Open Admin → Billing to see your plan, its status, when it renews, and how many seats are in use. From there you can change plan, switch between monthly and annual billing, adjust seats, and open the payment portal for payment methods and invoices. Payment details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored in nabudesk.

To cancel, turn on Cancel at period end. You keep full access until your current period ends, and your data stays in the workspace.
